How to clean
We suggest that you squeegee the glass and dry the entire enclosure including metal parts after each use. Once per week or as needed, clean the enclosure with mild soap and water and a soft damp cloth. Do not use steel wool or cleaners containing ammonia or bleach.) Residential Lifetime Limited Warranty
Easco Shower Doors Company (“EASCO”) warrants its fabricated Easco tub and shower enclosures to the original consumer purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for the life of the product from the date of the original sale of the EASCO product, subject to the following conditions. This limited warranty applies only to materials and workmanship supplied by EASCO. This limited warranty does not cover wear items such as seals and vinyl parts. The warranty for wear items is limited to 1 year. Any enclosures that prove to be defective under normal use and service during the warranty period will be at the Company’s option to repair or replace with a new or improved part. Labor and other installation costs to repair or replace defective enclosures are excluded from this limited warranty and are the sole responsibility of the consumer purchaser. Coatings such as EnduroShield and ShowerGuard are covered under separate manufacturers warranties.
This limited warranty does not cover defects to merchandise caused by: improper installation, careless handling, alteration, misuse or misapplication, maintenance, use of harsh, abnormal or abrasive chemical cleaning products, and/or discoloration or stains due to local water conditions.
Except as provided herein, the Company makes no warranties either expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever including the condition of the merchandise, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty implied by law and not effectively excluded by this limited warranty is limited to the duration and remedies of this limited warranty. In no event shall the Company be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the merchandise. The above warranty does not include incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind and the Company disclaims any liability for any such damages. This warranty is extended to residential applications only. The warranty for commercial installations including products and labor if provided by Easco is limited to one year.
Laws and regulations governing the installation, design and use of bath enclosures in building applications vary widely. Easco does not have any control over the selection of product configuration, actual installation operating hardware or glazing material, and Easco assumes no responsibility thereof. Easco dealers agree to furnish a copy of this limited warranty to all customers who purchase the product from the dealer.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or a duration for an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you (consumer). This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
